On 6 March, the Jagiellonian Library presented the RODBUK Cracow Open Research Data Repository, which was created as one of the projects of the Krakow Library Group. RODBUK consists of the following universities: AGH University, University of Physical Education, Cracow University of Technology, Krakow University of Economics, Jagiellonian University, Pedagogical University.
It is the first repository of open research data in Poland, co-developed by several institutions and operating in a distributed model. Each university participating in the project administers its own instance of the system, and all research data resources are visible to users on the rodbuk.pl aggregator.
The Academic Computer Centre Cyfronet AGH, which is responsible for administering the repository servers, cooperates with the partner universities.
Other institutions are also welcome to collaborate.
